Unsure what you need to provide to get your refund? No problem. Use this checklist as your guide! If a receipts or document applies to you, just check it off the list and put it in this folder. Then, bring your completed folder back to MoneyMart for your same day** tax refund.

| Spouse’s Income | MONEY MART® must prepare both yours and your spouse’s return at the same time unless: • Your Spouse has no income or doesn’t live in Canada Zero Income Spouse • You provide a T1 Summary of your Spouse’s return • You and your spouse have no dependants and both earned over $15,000 in the tax year |
